§.1 General provisions
- The data administrator is Traba Trade Sp. z o. o. based in Zawonia, ul. Radosna 6, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS number: 769622, with NIP number: 9151812166, REGON number: 3824587700000. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal regulations, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
- For the interpretation of terms, a glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).
- For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced with the terms "You", "Administrator" - "We". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.
- We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, it is used, inter alia, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
- Personal data provided in the form on the website are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
§.2 Data Administrator
- The service provider is the administrator of its customers' data. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address.
- The service provider is also the administrator of people registered for the newsletter and people registered for the webinar.
- Personal data is processed:
- in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
- in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy
- to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it and proper implementation of Services provided electronically
- to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you if you subscribed to the newsletter or webinar
- Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.
- Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider's organization is possible electronically at the following e-mail address: info@trabatrade.com.
- We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent to pursue possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
- The Service Provider has the right to share the User's personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
- The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
- The service provider does not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under the applicable law.
- We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible breach of data security.
- Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we work closely.
§.3 Cookies
- The website www.elgatocafe.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the computer's browser software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. Parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites.
The information collected includes the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form - The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites, to improve the functioning of the website, ensuring more effective and trouble-free navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behavior on the website.
Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website they use to be tailored to their needs. By remembering his preferences, it allows us to appropriately adjust the advertisements addressed to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our website, and the collected data is used only within Traba Trade Sp. z o. o. in order to optimize activities.
- If you leave a comment on our website, you will be able to choose the option of saving your name, email address and website address in cookies, thanks to which the above information will be conveniently completed when writing further comments. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit the login page, we will create a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.
When logging in, we additionally create a few cookies needed to save your login information and selected screen options. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select the "Remember me" option, login will expire after two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data, it simply indicates the ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
§.4 Comments
- When a website visitor leaves a comment, we collect the data visible in the commenting form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser signature to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (so-called hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
§.5 Media
- If you are a registered user and uploading pictures to your website, you should avoid uploading pictures with EXIF location tags. Visitors to the website can download and read full location data from pictures on the website.
§.6 Embedded content from other websites
- Articles on this site may contain embedded content (e.g., videos, pictures, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in a similar way as if the user visited a specific website directly.
- Sites may collect information about you, use cookies, attach additional external tracking systems, and monitor your interactions with embedded material, including tracking your interactions with embedded material if you have an account and are logged in to that site.
- If you leave a comment, its content and metadata are retained indefinitely. Thanks to this, we are able to recognize and approve subsequent comments automatically, without sending them to each moderation.
- For users who have registered on our website (if any), we also store the personal information entered in the profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except their username, which cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and modify this information.
§.8 What rights you have over your data
- If you have a user account or have added comments on this site, you can request delivery of a file with an exported set of your personal data in our possession, including all those provided by you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
- Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
