In Melbourne, the real coffee capital of Australia, we decide to establish El Gato Coffee Roasters.

Far in the north of Thailand, we reach local coffee growers. Among naturally dried coffee beans on the patio and on the roadside, we reach a cozy small coffee roastery. By drinking a cup of coffee in beautiful natural surroundings, we slowly provide ourselves with more and more coffee experiences and knowledge that will soon prove to be very helpful.

While traveling, we tried to meet people for whom coffee holds a special place in their lives. Such a person is Mr. Bunnareth, who has been serving exceptionally good iced coffee in the same place at the market in the capital of Cambodia for several decades.

Vietnamese coffee is a completely different coffee experience. Too sweet for some people, just right for some people. While visiting one of the hotels in the south of Vietnam, we could see with our own eyes, mouth and nose what coffee really means to the Vietnamese.

We do not forget about our roots. In order to emphasize the amazing character of the Trzebnica Hills, in cooperation with the Mayor of the Trzebnica Commune, we are developing a local product - Colinas de Trzebnica coffee.

We are the first in Poland to develop, start production and introduce to the market a completely new product - Dripca coffee in three versions. Heavy roast coffee from Brazil, medium roast from Guatemala and decaffeinated coffee from Mexico.
