Artisanally roasted in Trzebnica, coffee from one of the three non-volcanic regions of Guatemala - Huehuetenango (in the Nahautl language it means 'place of the ancestors'). Warm air from Mexico mixes here with the cold air coming down from the Cuchumatanes mountains, creating an extraordinary microclimate that protects against frost and allows coffee to be grown at altitudes of up to 2000 m above sea level.
