Coffee from the Villa Betulia plantation, owned by Luis Anibal Calderon. The coffee cherries have been subjected to 40 hours of anaerobic fermentation, to then dry in the sun until the right humidity is reached. The botanical varieties we have roasted for you are unique native varieties from Ethiopia, the planting of which in Colombia is extremely rare.
This is a great challenge that requires extraordinary knowledge and courage. Luis Anibal Calderon faced this challenge, and we have prepared the result of this challenge for you.
