    What is Cascara?

    Cascara it dried coffee rind. It is a by-product of coffee that is produced during both washed and dry processing. The peel is dried to the appropriate humidity and sorted. Cascara does not look like tea leaves, it is larger than them and its color can be different. Much depends on processing, botanical variety and country of origin.

    Does Cascara have caffeine?
