Carmo Estate focuses on great attention to detail to offer the best natural, pulped natural and other processed coffees. To constantly improve its processes, the farm has adopted the standards of the Brazilian Coffee Association and UTZ certification. Coffee at Carmo Estate is produced in accordance with the strict standards of these certificates and family traditionswhich allows for environmental protection and ensuring a good quality of life for all employees involved in production processes.

Growing conditions and coffee varieties
Carmo Estate coffees grow at altitudes ranging from 950 to 1200 meters above sea level, where each tree receives the best possible care to maintain its health and maximum productivity. The 220 hectares of plantations cultivate varieties such as Mondo Novo, Catuaí, Catucaí, Bourbon, Acaiá and Icatú. The combination of careful management and excellent growing conditions translates into an average yield of 40 bags per hectare, which is more than twice the national average.
